Three-year higher education or two-year courses The Advertising and Public Relations Strategy specialization is implemented as a set of two one-year management courses of the 1st and 2nd degree (it is not available within the post-secondary school). Advertising strategy and public relations The curriculum in the Advertising and public relations strategy specialization takes into account the educational standards developed by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education for journalism studies, while all specialization subjects concern marketing communication (advertising, PR and other forms of promotion). Issues related to advertising, Public Relations and the media are considered in many aspects: both in organizational and strategic terms, as well as from the creative side. Knowledge of the mechanisms of contemporary advertising, its media forms and the market is the basis for obtaining practical skills in the field of planning and organizing advertising activities, creating and producing advertising messages, as well as budgeting and testing the effectiveness of advertising. Advertising strategy and public relations You will also gain knowledge about contemporary media from the perspective of economics and management, psychological, legal and ethical. You will learn various PR techniques in practice, both classic and innovative (including e-PR). Knowledge of journalistic forms and genres as well as exercises in this field result in independent attempts at creativity.
